NVAO takes charge of INQAAHE secretariat

Starting on 1 June 2008, NVAO takes charge of the secretariat of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).
The new Secretary of INQAAHE is Leendert Klaassen, executive board member of NVAO, and the new Administrator is Mark Frederiks, international policy advisor of NVAO.
INQAAHE is the global network of quality assurance and accreditation agencies. It has more than 200 members from all over the world and also functions as a forum for the regional networks such as the European ENQA.
INQAAHE closely cooperates with UNESCO and the Worldbank on matters related to the quality of higher education.
